International Purchases

To purchase print copies of the current issue or back issues to be shipped to an international address, please complete the form below. We will generate a custom PayPal invoice, sent to the e-mail address provided, to ensure accurate shipping and handling costs. 

Pricing & Shipping: Flat Rates (without shipping) for print copies are $25 for Individuals and $50 for Institutions. Shipping rates for international orders will be provided based on package destination and weight. A $6.00 (USD) handling charge will be added to cover packaging costs.

United States Orders: Any orders shipping to the United States, regardless of country of origin, may be placed through the Print & Back issues purchase page. **International orders placed through this page will be refunded and an updated invoice with shipping and handling charges issued.**

To ensure the security of your transaction, all purchases must be processed through PayPal.
