Matthew Dickerson, Middlebury College

Matthew Dickerson is the author or co-author of several books and book chapters on the writings of C.S.Lewis and J.R.R.Tolkien including Ents, Elves and Eriador: The Environmental Vision of J.R.R.Tolkien (with Jonathan Evans), Narnia and the Fields of Arbol: The Environmental Vision of C.S. Lewis (with David O’Hara), and most recently A Hobbit Journey: Discovering the Enchantment of J.R.R.Tolkien’s Middle-earth. He is also the author of a three-volume fantasy novel The Gifted, The Betrayed, and Illengond (collectively called The Chronicles of Gondisle: the Daegmon War.)
